A Kinda Sick Thanksgiving

Not feeling terribly well tonight. Haven't for a couple of days now. Since I'm putting the show up, I have had to be at work, despite the urge to stay home and take it easy. But tonight, I'm staying home. It's a blustery, cloudy late Autumn day here on the mountain. Orange leaves fall one at a time from our trees. The wispily find their way down to the huge piles of leaves on the ground below. This is a great house to not feel well in! It's quiet, the views are so calming, and when it's cold outside, like it is today, it's so comforting to be bundled up in my robe, turkey broth simmering on the stove and the heater keeping the house toasty.

I just can't get ill! I have a busy December coming up with many Christmas events, theatre events, a wedding to attend, I just CAN'T get sick. Theraflu: here I come.
